Hazel Burrows...Artist
Artist and actress Hazel Burrows studied at the Portsmouth College of Art, where she graduated with distinctions. She then became an art teacher in Winchester, also teaching painting and pottery in adult evening classes.
For 20 years, Hazel has painted on silk, with commissions coming from as far a field as America, Europe, Africa and Australia. Her work is constantly evolving on silk; an affinity with nature clearly shows in her work. Her stunning floral pieces translate beautifully into Hand Embellished Giclee Limited Edition prints on paper.
A love of art and travel has led to many adventures, from painting in the Bahamas to selling her work in many trade fairs and galleries around the world.
