Andrei Protsouk...Artist
Andrei was born in the Ukraine and graduated from the Lugansk State School of Fine Art in 1981, followed by a Masters Degree awarded to him in 1990 by the Repine Academy of Fine Arts.
Andrei was classically trained and has the ability to paint the human form in many different styles. Indeed some of his early pencil sketch books are of a Michael Angelo quality. He has an artistic ability that delights and has developed a wonderful recognisable style full of texture and character. His large originals are quite breathtaking.
Andrei who currently resides in the USA, has exhibited throughout the world. His corporate clients include Coca Cola, Johnnie Walker Expo Co and Imperial Cosmetics. His work appears in the private collections throughout the world including that of President George W Bush.
Many of Andrei's paintings have been bought and exhibited by museums, including:
Museo Coreale, Italy. Zimmerli Art Museum, New Brunswick, NJ. Barcelona Museum of art, Barcelona, Spain. Museum of Repine Acedemy of Art, St. Petersburg, Russia.
